30, 45, or 60-minute private sessions with a NASM-certified trainer. Your program is built from your evaluation and evolves with your goals. We address everything from weight loss to strength, flexibility, and injury history.

Nutrition Coaching

Includes macro breakdowns, customized plans, supplement options via DotFit, and behavior coaching. Weekly remote support available. Starts with a full intake consultation and diet diary review

Corrective & Performance-Based Training

If you’re coming off an injury, managing chronic pain, or want to boost your performance, this program combines movement diagnostics, form correction, and NeuFit technology to rebuild better

Small Group & Tag-Team Training
